Dear Rebel Backers.

I apologize for the extended delay and lack of communication.

I have been sending out updates as I have been receiving them from my supplier. 

I was notified last min about the last delay and I'm finalizing the last details over the next few days and aim to ship the parts to the assembly factory shortly and will post an update once the parts are en route.

Dear Rebel backers.

I apologize for the lapse in communication.

We are still running at a delay. Everything other then the date disk is ready to be assembled.  I am still waiting for a confirmed finish date from my manufacturer and I will update you as soon as I do.

Dear Rebel Backer,

I hope you are all doing well.

I  would like to thank you all for your patience and for bearing with me during this process. I  am doing everything I can to finish production as soon as possible while at the same time making the Aquafin as near perfect as possible.

I know we are running at a delay and I would like to address that and be transparent with you. We had a mix up with our supplier about the sapphire crystal, they ordered flat instead of domed and only once it reached them did we realize the error and send it back which required a much longer lead time. The new domed sapphire crystal is arriving in the first week of April, In addition to that when we did preliminary assembly we found that the date window didn't match up perfectly with the date disk so we are reprinting the date disk which will happen at the beginning of April as well. 

As of now, we are scheduled to begin final assembly on April 14 which should last around 2 weeks.

Again I am sorry for the delay and I thank you for your patience!

Dear Rebel Backers,

I hope you all had a nice weekend! We had non stop rain here in NY :)

Moving on to production:

The cases, stainless steel bracelets, rubber straps, inner rotating bezel & crowns are done and ready to be assembled.

We had a small miscommunication with our supplier which has caused a slight delay in production and has pushed the delivery date back by a few weeks.

As of today, the watches are scheduled to be assembled in the last week on March and shipping no earlier than the second week of April.

I am extremely sorry for the delay and I'm doing everything I can to speed up the process.

Dear Rebel Backers,

I have some good news.

The cases and bracelets are just about finished and will be sent to the coating factory shortly!

As I mentioned earlier we were having an issue with the Lume on the inner bezel. The problem was getting the BGW9 on the minute track. Because of the darker printing, it wasn't shining very strongly so we improvised and used C3 instead and it works just fine!  ( pics attached )
